Customer Advisory Committee

Bringing community views to the forefront.

Our Customer Advisory Committee was established to enhance our decision making and ensure that community views are at the forefront of our thinking.

This provides us with an invaluable means of engaging with East Gippsland Water customers on water and wastewater issues.

Our committee is made up of members from across the region, who bring their local views to the table to ensure issues from across the region are consulted on.

The committee is a volunteer advisory group to our Board, and meets every three months.

To highlight the committee’s importance, it had an instrumental role to play in developing and assessing the community engagement process for our Price Submission (five-year business plan) – ultimately deciding Guaranteed Service Levels on behalf of customers.
