Implement actions that reduce emissions resulting from water corporation operations
Achieve emissions reduction efficiently, making full use of the time available
Pursue actions and targets at the lowest possible cost, seeking to minimise the impact on water customer bills
Have particular regard to price impact on vulnerable customers.
