Price Submission 2028-33

Every five years, we prepare a Price Submission that outlines our water and wastewater services, proposed prices, planned infrastructure investments, and the service standards we commit to delivering over the next five-year period.

The Essential Services Commission (ESC) independently reviews our submission to ensure our plans and prices are fair, efficient, and in the best interests of our customers and community.

Our next Price Submission will cover the period 1 July 2028 to 30 June 2033.

Price Submission 2023-28

In our 2023-2028 Price Submission, we embarked on our biggest capital investment program ever, investing $115 million to protect the environment and prepare for climate change and future growth.
