Things to know before you submit a booking request

  • An East Gippsland Water mains supply (such as a park or garden tap) is required at the event location, as the hydration stations connect to a standard outdoor tap via a flexible drinking-water water hose and connector (provided).
  • Booking applications must be made at least two weeks in advance of your event, so we can assess your booking.
  • While our hydration stations come in a wheeled bag and are simple to set up and use, they are bulky. Each unit weighs 23kg and is about 1360mm long and 500mm wide. When collecting and returning the units from our Bainsdale office, we suggest bringing someone along to assist.
  • The video below provides an example of what to expect when collecting, transporting and setting up a hydration station.

East Gippsland Water acknowledges the Gunaikurnai people as the Traditional Custodians of the land and water on which we live and work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. We commit to working respectfully to honour their ongoing cultural and spiritual connections to this country.
