As part of our commitment to engage with our communities more, we have increased our regular face-to-face customer support services in East Gippsland towns.

This means, our customers can talk to one of our support representative face-to-face about their bill, flexible payment options, financial assistance, concessions, rebate schemes, water efficiency savings and more.

We also have a regular customer support service at Orbost, Omeo and Mallacoota.
